AFCAT Air Force Common Admission Test का संक्षिप्त रूप है। यह entrance exam Indian Air Force द्वारा conduct किया जाता है। यहां पर candidates अलग अलग post जैसे कि Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) के लिए select किये जाते हैं। AFCAT का exam साल में दो बार conduct होता है और लाखों students इस exam को देते हैं। Indian Air Force के द्वारा AFCAT 2, 2020 की notification 9 जून 2020 को जारी कर दी गयी जिसमें भारतीय नागरिकों (पुरुषों और महिलाओं) को इस elite force का हिस्सा बनने के लिए invite किया गया है।
AFCAT 2020 Exam Date
AFCAT 2 2020 Exam 19 और 20 september 2020 को conduct किया जाएगा। 15 जून 2020 से AFCAT 2, 2020 के लिए apply कर सकते हैं और apply करने की अंतिम तिथि 14 July 2020 है। इसके exam की कुछ important dates निम्नलिखित हैं:

- यहां पर AFCAT application form के link पर click करें।
- आवश्यक जानकारी enter करके form को fill करें।
- Application fee Rs. 250 submit करें। जो candidate NCC Special entry और Meteorology entry से apply कर रहे हैं उनके लिए कोई registration fee नहीं है।
- आवश्यक जानकारी enter करने के बाद fill किये गए form का printout ले सकते हैं।

AFCAT 2020 Application Fee
AFCAT 2, 2020 के लिए apply करने के लिए application fee Rs. 250 है और NCC Special entry और Meteorology entry से apply करने वाले candidate के लिए कोई registration fee नहीं है।
AFCAT 2 2020 Eligibility
(a) Nationality: भारतीय नागरिकता अधिनियम, 1955 के अनुसार उम्मीदवार को भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए.
(b) Age:
(i) Flying Branch through AFCAT and NCC Special Entry:01 जुलाई 2021 को 20 से 24 वर्ष यानि 02 जुलाई 1997 और 01 जुलाई 2001 के बीच जन्म (दोनों तिथियां सम्मिलित). DGCA (भारत) द्वारा जारी वैध और वर्तमान वाणिज्यिक पायलट लाइसेंस रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा में 26 वर्ष तक छूटी है, जो 02 जुलाई 1995 से 01 जुलाई 2001 के बीच पैदा हुए हों (दोनों तिथियां शामिल हैं)
(ii) Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branch: 01 जुलाई 2021 को 20 से 26 वर्ष यानि 02 जुलाई 1995 से 01 जुलाई 2001 के बीच जन्म (दोनों तिथियां सम्मिलित)

There is a negative marking 1/3 in all sections.
Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) would be for 45 minutes and conducted immediately after AFCAT.

Note: Candidates who are opting for Ground Duty (technical) branch have to pass both AFCAT & EKT.
